The judges were impressed with this firm's wellbeing programme as it combined gamification with technology to maximise engagement levels and introduced genuine behavioural changes, resulting in users walking on average 9,000 steps per day.

This firm tackled head-on one of the biggest taboos in the workplace. The menopause. The awareness initiative, which significantly invited men to participate in the conversation, resulted in a truly inclusive and ongoing discussion on this important topic.
BEST CSR/PRO BONO INITIATIVE

The winner has been recognised for its contribution on a simple but hugely impactful initiative to tackle isolation and loneliness in the LGBTQ community. Its work on the Rainbow Cards Project saw staff at the firm reach out to members of the community who would have otherwise felt excluded.
