These awards aim to recognise exceptional work by Human Resources teams in law firms across the UK and Ireland. Entering a category shouldn’t be difficult or time-consuming.

In general though, every entry should clearly state what you do (or did), and why it was exceptional or beneficial to your firm. If you’ve got any statistics that add weight to your case, it’s best to include them too.

The judges will give special consideration to effectiveness, originality, return on investment and best practice.

Who can enter?

Entries are accepted from law firms across the UK and Ireland.

Service providers may assist in compiling entries but cannot submit these on behalf of clients.

Entries can only be submitted online by using the official online entry system here. Select the relevant category and follow the on-screen instructions. You can preview the entry forms below.

To be eligible, work must have been carried out between February 2018 and February 2019.

Entry fee is £150 + VAT per entry.

To receive a discount on multiple entries, you must process the entries in one transaction. The discount applied will then be as follows:

1 entry = £150 +VAT in total

2 entries = £225 +VAT in total

3 entries = £275 +VAT in total

4 entries = £300 +VAT in total

All entries past the fourth will be free of charge.

Please note, the discount will only be applied if you process the entries in one transaction. Discounts cannot be applied once entries have been submitted.

All entries must be received by 5pm on Friday 1st March 2019.

If your entry has been shortlisted, you will be informed by email w/c 1st April.

The decision of the judges is final. Due to the volume of entries, we cannot always provide individual feedback on entries.

The Grand Prix Award is decided by the judges as the overall winner of all the categories, and cannot be entered directly.
